Position: Solicitor
With a strong foundation of experience in conveyancing and building contracts, Aran brings a calm, practical and considered approach to every property matter he handles. He assists clients with a broad range of property transactions across the ACT and NSW, guiding them through the often complex legal aspects of buying, selling and transferring property.
Aran understands that property transactions can represent some of the most significant financial and personal milestones in a person’s life. Whether assisting a first-home buyer, a seasoned investor or a family navigating a property transfer, Aran takes the time to understand each client’s individual circumstances, goals and concerns. He is committed to making the legal process as smooth and stress-free as possible, while ensuring his clients feel informed and confident at every stage of their transaction.
Aran provides clear, practical and tailored advice, taking care to explain legal concepts and contractual terms in a way that is easy to understand. From reviewing and explaining contracts to coordinating with real estate agents, other solicitors and financial institutions, he takes a thorough and diligent approach to each matter. Fluent in both English and Sinhalese, Aran is able to assist a diverse range of clients and their families, helping to make the legal process accessible and comfortable for clients from a variety of backgrounds.
Outside of work, Aran enjoys spending time with his family and his dogs. He also enjoys reading, particularly classical literature, and maintains an active lifestyle through regular gym training and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
