Taylor joined the Wills and Estates team at Tetlow Legal in 2023.
Since joining Tetlow Legal, Taylor has focused her practice on the administration of deceased estates and has developed a niche in complex estates, including complex Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration. Taylor enjoys problem solving and takes a practical approach to issues, working to ease the burden on families dealing with their loved one’s estate. No matter the situation, Taylor takes pride in being able to calmly and compassionately guide her clients through some of the most difficult times of their lives.
Taylor is also experienced in estate planning, having advised on both straightforward and complex Wills (including Wills with Testamentary Trusts), ACT and NSW Powers of Attorney/Appointments of Enduring Guardian, and superannuation death benefit nominations. Taylor understands that estate planning can be a confronting subject, and her kind and approachable manner helps put clients at ease. Taylor understands that estate planning is not ‘one size fits all’ and works collaboratively with clients, their families, and accounting/financial advisors to provide tailored advice.
Prior to admission as a lawyer, Taylor worked for 6 years in administration and paralegal roles in both rural and urban law firms in NSW and the ACT, giving her a wide range of experience in both jurisdictions across many areas of law and assisting clients from all backgrounds. Taylor has since developed a passion for Wills and Estates and has worked exclusively in this area since 2021.
