Position: Associate
Brianna assists businesses, sole traders and individuals across a range of commercial and business law matters, including leasing, the sale and purchase of businesses, and the sale and purchase of shares. She works with clients at various stages of their business journey, from those entering into or negotiating commercial arrangements through to clients navigating significant business transactions. Brianna takes a practical and commercial approach to these matters, helping clients understand their legal obligations, identify potential issues and make informed decisions.
Brianna also assists clients with residential conveyancing matters in both the ACT and NSW. She understands that buying or selling a property can be an important and sometimes stressful experience, and works closely with clients to ensure they understand the process and are kept informed throughout their transaction.
Brianna is passionate about providing practical, tailored legal advice in plain English. She takes the time to listen to her clients and understand their objectives, allowing her to provide advice that is focused on their individual circumstances and helping their matters progress as smoothly and stress-free as possible.
Clear and consistent communication is central to Brianna’s approach. She enjoys working closely and collaboratively with her clients and, where appropriate, other professional advisers to achieve the best possible outcome. Throughout a matter, Brianna keeps her clients informed about its status and progress, ensuring they understand what is happening at each stage.
Before joining Tetlow Legal, Brianna spent several years working across a broad range of legal areas at a regional NSW law firm before moving into an in-house role providing commercial legal advice to a large Commonwealth organisation. This varied experience has given Brianna exposure to a diverse range of commercial matters and enables her to approach legal issues from different perspectives, with an appreciation of both the legal and practical considerations involved.
Outside of work, Brianna enjoys spending time with her two very spoilt dogs, friends and family, tending to her garden, baking, and sacrificing sleep to watch Formula 1.
